UNIOSUN Post-UTME, Cut-off Marks, Screening And Registration 2017

Uniosun Post UTME Exercise is here with us.With out wasting much time, we go straight to the main business of the day.This article is strictly compiled to inform candidates that the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening Exercise will be available only for those  candidates who chose Osun State University as their first choice, with a minimum JAMB score of 180 and above respectively.

For free access to the Uniosun Post UTMEexercise, as a candidate bear it in mind that all candidates who scored less than 200 in their JAMB exam would not be considered for admission into any of the following programmes:

* Law
* Accounting
* Business Administration
* Political Science
* Economics
* Nursing respectively.
It was revealed that some candidate who didn’t score up to the acceptable JAMB score, wished to study the above programs. But that will be if they will change to any other relevant program of their choice, so you choose wisely to avoid regret at last.

In order to take part in the Uniosun Post UTME, All applicants are been expected to register on-line by visiting the University website: http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or http://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng in order to complete and submit applications. Also note that they are expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after they have been submitted.

This is mainly for Direct Entry candidates, those candidate seeking for the direct entry form (DE) should try and complete the form on-line, following the same process as above and ensure that they read the admission requirements of the university before applying to any of  its programmes. The applicants are surely expected to forward their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University not exceeding 15th October, 2017. All Direct Entry candidates including those of UNIOSUN (IJMB) Programme,must get their Direct Entry form from JAMB if they wish to be considered for admission into Osun State University For 2017/2018 Academic session, they will also take part and apply for the screening practice.

Just for the sake of the Uniosun Post UTME exercise, In order for any candidate to be admitted into the University of UNIOSUN, the candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, although the Nursing and Law which will require ONE sitting. Note it that the University also accepts a minimum of Lower credit for Direct Entry candidates. For those that don’t know, all candidate are expected to provide their O’ Level results on the school portal.

All applicants awaiting results should be supplied within one week of release. Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission. NOTE; It has been stated that any candidate that provides false information and does not equally follow the legit process will be fully taken care of by the Law Enforcement Agencies, and such candidates will immediately be withdrawn one caught up in the act.

It will be a good thing we make it known to candidates that the 2017/2018 admission Post-UTME exercise will be based on Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), for more clarification, this is a system which was designed by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) which will help to automate the admissions process to tertiary institutions.

Candidates should be careful enough not to make any mistake that will affect their admission. all applicants should Visit the University’s website portal http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or http://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng. The link will take you straight to the online Application Platform. Read carefully and also make sure you also read all registration guidelines and instructions before proceeding to registration.

All candidates are to pay the sum of N2,000.00 for the Post UTME Screening and N5,500 portal access and administrative fees, which will be payed through the Interswitch Web PAY platform, just with the help of your  your ATM cards (Master Card, Verve card and Interswitch enabled Cards.

SCREENING TEST CLOSING DATE: All candidates should know it that the Submission of forms closes at 12.00 noon on Friday 15th September, 2017
