It is a pleasure we make it known to you that the Federal University of Technology, Akure on the 4th of September will begin the online registration for the Computer-Based Post-UTME screening exercise for admission for ALL (COURSES/PROGRAMMES), which is specifically meant for the 2017/2018 Academic session. And this exercise which starts 4th September will end on the 18th September, 2017.
This is what qualifies you as a candidates, so make sure you read carefully in other not to misunderstand your self.
This is mainly for candidates who chose the Federal University of Technology, Akure as their First Choice Institution in the 2017/2018 UTME and also scored 180 and above in their JAMB exams are eligible for screening. Also know ti that the candidates must have at least (5) passes credits which includes Mathematics and English language at not more than two (2) sittings. Note: All Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME screening will not be considered for admission. Bear it ti mind that FUTA University will not consider any candidate with “Awaiting Results”.
SCREENING FEE The FUTA University’s screening fee is Two Thousand Naira ( N2000.00) which is payable at any bank but must be on on e-tranzact platform only.
CANDIDATES METHOD OF APPLICATION
(i) Candidates are to Visit the University’s website for information
(ii) Candidates must Complete and submit the University Post –UTME Application Form online; and
(iii) Candidates must also Print out a copy.
All eligible candidate are to get their Registration Form because it is mandatory, which will also help you for the screening exercise. Know it that the all candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full names (as it is on JAMB slip) must be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
All candidates are to visits the University’s website in Order to complete the Online registration form, but that is when the payment is been made. After that, the completed form should be printed just for candidate’s use.
This important notice is meant to properly direct candidates on how and what to do, in order not to make any mistake. Any UTME candidates who fails to follow this key note will be on there own, what ever goes wrong, they have them selves to blame. below are list of the important note for all UTME candidates.
All candidates are expected to bring the following Items to the screening venue.
(a) Depositor’s copy of Bank Teller indicating payments as appropriate;
(b) JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips;
(c) Printed copy of the completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form;
(d) Print-out of e-Tranzact payment receipt (collected from the Bank) and
(e) One passport photograph.
(ii) The venue of the screening exercise is the FUTA Digital Research Centre, “Obanla
campus”, The Federal University of Technology, Akure.
(iii) Candidates are NOT allowed to bring cell phones or any other electronic gadget into the examination hall.
(iv) candidates are requested, in their own interest, to have a feel (practice of the
computer-based test by visiting Practice Test Page).

NOTE: UTME candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Computer-Based Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission into the University.
