The University of Jos has recently released its date of post utme, hereby inviting all applicants who made the school their first choice institute. For UNIJOS Post-UTME candidate to be eligible for the post utme screening test, he or she is been expected to score 180 and above in their respective jamb exams. Please note that the University’s website will be opened from Monday, September 11th to 29th September 201. And it is been said to be an online screening via https://mis.unijos.edu.ng
Source has it that the deadline/closing date of the online screening of bio-data / credentials will be considered to be extended. So therefore candidate whose screening details are not submitted within the stipulated time will not be considered for admission, same time will be disqualified.
OFFICIAL COURSES AVAILABLE IN UNIJOS
Please all UNIJOS Post-UTME aspirants should bear it in mind that those who made the University of Jos their 1st choice institute, and same time scored the required jamb cut off mark of 180 marks and above in the 2017 UTME JAMB examination will be granted admission into the university of jos.
1. Any UNIJOS Post-UTME candidate who fails to complete the online screening will automatically forfeit the chance of being considered for admission.
2.Withholding information or provision of wrong information will lead to instant disqualification.
3. Offenders shall be handed over to the law enforcement agents for prosecution in addition to being disqualified.
NOTE! Please all applicants should endevour to upload their current passport photographs.
1.It was told that all UNIJOS Post-UTME candidates’ results will be screened according to the entry requirements of the respective programmes that they have chosen respectively.
2.Aspirants know it that the results of Pre-Admission screening will be available on the University of Jos Portal: via https://mis.unijos.edu.ng/
Applicants are expected to adhere to the following Instructions!
1.All admission seeking candidate are been expected to pay a non refundable fee of N2,000, which is said to be the fee for the post utme screening form. Excluding bank charges only for just the screening test.
2.Please endevour to make sure that all payment is been expected to be made through Remita collection platform at any Commercial Bank operating in Nigeria just as follows below;
Visit Any Bank Branch:
All UNIJOS Post-UTME applicants are advised to Visit any Bank Branch operating in Nigeria, present your payment to the Teller (over-the-counter) and tell them that you want to pay University of Jos Pre-Admission Screening Fee via the Remita platform. They will process it for you.
Remita Collection Platform:
UNIJOS Post-UTME applicants are to visit the collection platform via www.remita.net
Click “Pay Federal Government Agency”
Enter “UniJos Pre-Admission Screening” as payment details
Fill in the required details including your JAMB Number and Full Name
Select any preferred electronic payment channels (ATM cards, internet Banking, mobile wallet, POS etc.) to complete your payment.
Please note it that the depositor will be issued an electronic receipt following payment, which he/she will keep for further processing.
CANDIDATE NOTE IT THAT ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE ADMISSION PROCESSING.
All candidates are to Visit University of Jos Portal https://mis.unijos.edu.ng/ for registration procedure as follows:
1.Admission seeking applicants are to create an Account using their valid email address and phone number. In which you will receive a verification email which will be sent to you automatically.
Log into your email and click on the confirmation link to enable you continue your registration.
2.Thereafter you will have to complete your registration by providing your Bio-data information which includes your orignal O’ Level details, payment details (RRR and Date), thereafter you will have to upload your passport photograph and other just as been required.
3.Proceed to click the ‘submit’ button to save your details on the University Portal
4. All you will have to do is to just Print Pre-Admission Screening slip and keep it for further processing.
1.Any candidate who is found in the act of Manipulating documents will be held and punished just as the law implies. So therefor, for applicants to stay out of trouble, they will have to submit a genuine documents only.
2. Please all candidates should try as much as they can to adhere strictly to the guidelines which has been stipulated above, and also the published requirements for admission into the programme applied for.
